My son had a follow-up appointment. I was in the waiting room with an uneasy two year old for over an hour. I approached the receptionist several times with the dentists whereabouts. She had no idea where he was and she couldn't tell me a time he would be in. I eventually left and will never be back. If the dentist and an emergency, the staff should've been aware.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
