Great dentist for kids! The office has a fun, welcoming environment, and the staff are always kind and friendly. The doctor is knowledgeable, efficient, and does a great job making children feel comfortable. My kids, ages 5 and 3, actually enjoy going to the dentist and feel very at ease during their visits. Highly recommend!
Don't take your children here. They will ignore issues that need to be fixed. Do cosmetic shaving on teeth without permission then CHARGE you for it. Then when they agree to get payment from the child's other parent as outlined in a divorce decree, they sue their clients for pennies. They absolutely will not work wuth you. Their payment site NEVER WORKS AND THE STAFF ADMITTED TO IT BEING SHITTY! DO NOT GO THERE.
I have a 3 year old that had 3 cavities and was terrified of the dentist. Wouldn’t let him get close to her mouth. Dr. Nelson and his staff were all so patient with her and I. They had us come in for just a visit to see the place again and let her pick a toy from the chest and that was it to ease her in. Then we went back for the fillings, he sat with us on our level, let her sit on my lap for comfort, and had great tone with his delivery so it wasn’t scary for my daughter. I’ve been really impressed with Utah Children’s Dentistry. My daughter hates having her teeth cleaned but the environment they’ve designed and the number of accommodations in place has made all the difference!
