They’re always rude and didn’t give your kids gift bags
They don’t let you in with your kids into the room, staff is not helpful, they will ask for your kids personal information EVERY visit, and they won’t see your kids if you don’t provide the same information they already have because you’ve been providing it for 7 years (social, insurance information, parents ID etc)
We love Dr Shannon! I originally brought one of my children for a second opinion, but we loved her so much that we will stay. I’m very confused by the other reviews- I have always been allowed to stay with my children for exams and treatment, and Dr Shannon has always explained everything in detail and answered all my many questions.
