I Have been bringing my son Ezra here for a number of years now. Dr. Kass is amazing with my kids, especially my older son who is on the spectrum. However it is extremely difficult to book appointments as the phone is very rarely answered directly and no one returns voicemails to us when they are left. My kids have been patients of this clinic for almost 10 years and this has been a continuous issue. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. It takes several times of calling over several days to even book an appointment. If my son could attend any clinic we would have switched a long time... read more
Do not, I repeat do not bring your child to Children's Dental World. All they care about is the money. They make children wait for long and then next three to six months, they say your child is supposed to have dental surgery which costs thousands of dollars and they do nothing to explain the bill to you. Children's dental world is not what it used to be and I will not be bringing my children here anymore, I advise you do the same.
