My 3 year old granddaughter was TRAUMATIZED by Dr. Bell. She wanted her mother in the room with her and started to cry. (This is after 10-15 minutes of her already being worked on). They wouldn't allow her mother to go in with her to calm her down and decided to STRAP HER HEAD AND SHOULDERS DOWN Instead. I have waited past my appointment time numerous of times 20 to 30 minutes. I ran late today bc my GPS took me the wrong way. I was 8 minutes late. They told me I had to reschedule. I drove for 30 minutes. I also called for directions but was on hold for 10 minutes. She was only supposed to get a cleaning. I didn't see why they couldn't take her then they claim she had to get a lot of work done which I was not aware of. They did the same thing at her last appointment.
