The Gainesville office is so unprofessional. My granddaughter's appointment was set for 7:30 a.m. That was fine, as she couldn't eat or drink anything. After we arrived they took us back to a room. Then, they kept asking a series of questions. About how healthy was she, was she sick offen. Then told us they could not do her procedure because of her weight. If I could I would leave no stars. My 9 year old daughter was made to feel bad about her weight by these people. Drove there early in the morning to just be told they couldn’t treat her due to her weight. The other anesthesiologist was willing to take a risk and try different things to sedate her on another day. Very rude and unprofessional in how they handled things.

I had two children visit here on two different days for procedures with extractions, fillings and crowns. Although the initial wait was a little longer than we expected, for both visits, the staff were all very friendly. They were thorough and respectful. The anesthesiologist, dentist/doctor and aids were all up beat friendly and comforting. We had no issues what-so-ever. The reviews made me nervous but as a mom of 5 it was one of the more seamless appointments/offices iv dealt with across the board.

We had a good experience here. The dentist and anesthesiologist were both very upfront and truthful. Which we greatly appreciate. They gave us choices to make with the procedure . Which made us comfortable. As well as made us feel better about everything. They had a very good informant who guided us occasionally throughout the procedure from the consult room. Receptionists, nurses, and the doctor very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Knowing this could be scary and uneasy for both parent and child they were receptive to all feelings. I cannot say the same for the anesthesiologist. He just wanted to say his routine checklist and not have a conversation with parent in the middle of it. I was cut off and was told to “let him finish”. I don’t think he cares about parent or child, just wants to get through his “ patients” as quickly as possible.
