Dr. A is great with my son, who is terrified of medical professionals and generally not a cooperative patient. Appointment times are prompt and we are in and out very efficiently. The only issue I have is administrative...appointments come with literally a half dozen reminders (email, text and phone) and you are required to confirm, and for an autism mom with a lot of weekly appointments, it's excessive.
I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this clinic. One of the front desk staff members, who later assisted with my child’s dental cleanig, appeared very careless and not attentive at all. Since the clinic was not busy and there were only a few people there, I expected the staff to take proper time and care to thoroughly clean and examine my child’s teeth.
