Thank goodness for the honest reviews. Believe those review and go find another dentist. Our experience was just like all the bad reviews except we took their advice and got a second opinion before allowing them to do unnecessary surgery on our child. Not only did they want to put unnecessary crowns on my child, but they wouldn’t remove a piece of food stuck in his tooth. They said he had to wait 2-3 months for a spot at their surgery center. I loved this place until one day we showed up for an appointment and the assistant that came out to get my five year old told me that I wasn’t allowed to come back to the exam area with her. When I asked why, she said it was a HIPAA issue. So, I was forced to send my nervous five year old into a room full of strangers to be examined. I was so upset by the time we left I called a few other dentist offices, and they all told me it was a ridiculous policy and they would never ask a mother to do something wasn’t comfortable with... read more

So my son had a crown pop off and we went last week to get it fixed, only to be told to come back a week later cause they were behind in schedule(not my problem). We went back today and the tall blonde girl was as dumb as dumb could be, didn’t know how to do her job properly, had to continuously ask if what she was doing was correct by I’m assuming her boss and then the doctor herself just basically rushed through putting my sons crown on.
