While the staff is very nice the waiting time is ridiculous!!! I will be seaking another Dentist office for my kids. Not worth the wait!
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my daughter’s recent dental appointment. She was taken back by herself without notifying my husband to accompany her. My daughter and husband both reported that staff were preparing to place a nitrous oxide mask on her and begin filling cavities—something we never consented to. Had my granddaughter there today at the forks twsp facility , Jocelyn was our hygienist , her and the dentist ( don’t remember her name) but they were wonderful with her and she once to come back to get the other filling done !! Thank you
Will be switching to a different dentist! brought my daughter for a cleaning and they wanted to turn us away after waiting 45 minutes because my daughter was on antibiotics (for strep throat) for 7 days, she had 3 days of antibiotics left to take. She has been fever free for over a week. And has had no symptoms in 7 days!
