I went into the Early Intervention Program believing the dentist wouldn't be able to do a proper exam on my brother or even try to brush as my brother is very against being held down. Not only was there enough toys to keep my brother occupied while my mom went over medical and any other history that would be relevant to his dental records, but my brother was able to get a full mouth exam from the dentist along with his teeth brushed and flossed. I highly recommend Children’s Dental Health Clinic. My two daughters, Amani and Sophia Tamayo, absolutely love this place. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. The assistants are incredibly patient and caring, and they truly know how to communicate with children at their level, which makes a huge difference in their experience. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The lady that answers the phone, I believe her name is Cynthia was so rude. I tried explaining that I was referred to this dental clinic for my son who has a special need and she was so rude and very unprofessional with the response she was giving me back. My son would have been a first time patient here but based off her tone and responses I would not take my son here. Very unprofessional.
