If I could leave 0 stars I would. The lady that answers the phone, I believe her name is Cynthia was so rude. I tried explaining that I was referred to this dental clinic for my son who has a special need and she was so rude and very unprofessional with the response she was giving me back. My son would have been a first time patient here but based off her tone and responses I would not take my son here. Very unprofessional.
I find it to be the worst dentist is the city of Long Beach. Ruby is always in a rush to get off the phone and not explains treatment. The dentist doctor is always horrible and unprofessional. Why is the wait and standing at the front desk to check in long! The process of taking payments is not. Hell I’m already unsatisfied and probably should get a second opinion on my child’s treatment.
