Our first visit was great. Everyone was nice and handled my son with care. This is one of the best children's dental offices that I've been to in a long time!
I like the environment here. It's friendly and the staff makes us feel welcomed. It's also very convenient for me and my family.
The staff is very nice and helpful. The dentist was great and did a wonderful job of making my child feel comfortable.
Used to work here as a Dental Assistant. Dr.Felix recommends that parents should not be back in the room with the kids. Also I'm not sure if this is still going on but their was a woman that posed as a Dental Hygenist, but was not licensed.
The office is very kids friendly and the staff is pleasant. However their treatment plans are very aggressive especially for young children. I was told my son needed a great deal of work and I received a second opinion that contradicted everything them recommended other than the 4 fillings. If you choose to do the sleep dentistry get a second opinion before giving your deposit because they do not refund the whole deposit. Learn from my error in judgement.
I'd say this dentist is the best around. I've been to the Downingtown/Thorndale and Chaddsford office and have had pleasant experiences at both. Highly recommend them to all my friends.
Cool office! Love the trains in the waiting room. Especially love that I can take public transportation to my daughters appointment. The girls who clean her teeth are so friendly as well as the ladies at the front desk. A very smooth running office :)
