The doctor has good reviews, so I'm taking it has something to do with the receptionist, which has bad reviews on, called and gets declined, and called and left a voicemail, never got a call back and no one picks up the phone👎 all within a week, so it's not like I expected to call back in the same day,
The dentist here is wonderful. Her bedside manner and knowledge are phenomenal. The front desk however? All the negative reviews are true! The rudest most unprofessional admin in Oklahoma City. We ended up choosing another practice after repeated issues with the front desk staff.
Got us in for a consult and surgery quickly! They were very patient with us and understanding of our situation. Thank you for taking care of us!
They don't have a front desk person. Short staffed. Very slow to get checked-in. No one tells you how long anything will take. Left after 30 minutes because any other place will most likely be quicker than this.
