I use to like going there but now the waiting always full and they only have a little bit of seats. Everyone standing and kids get more frustrated. Will look elsewhere for dentist for my kids
Excellent customer service, no long waiting, clean environment. All staff members were friendly. One member even walked out some items my daughter left. We had a great experience it was our first time at this location. I would highly recommend this place to any parent. I still can’t believe how fast they work. We will definitely be back 😉. My 4-year-old daughter’s recent 8:00 AM dental cleaning appointment didn’t go as planned . As a side note, my daughter is on the autism spectrum, so keeping appointments timely is very important for her comfort and regulation. When we arrived, there were issues verifying our insurance that took over 30 minutes and still could not be resolved. To avoid further delay, my husband agreed to pay $100 out of pocket.
