Dr. Owens, Dr. Gina, and the whole team take excellent care of my boys. I HIGHLY recommend this office!

Dentists, wonderful. Scheduling: RUDE. They have a 24 hr cancellation policy where if you cancel within 24 hrs, you can be dismissed and etc. My son had an apt 10/1/24 @ 8. I called 9/30/24 @ 9 due to my cars transmission going out and I guess scheduling didnt cancel his apt. Well today 10/1/24, Renee from scheduling calls me being rude saying I did not call, and she doesnt think I spoke to anyone and before she rescheduled my 7 year old sons apt she needed to see if he was going to be discharged, then click. This is the best place and they take amazing care of my kids. They all love going there.
Had a positive experience with the 1st child, did not have a positive experience with my sensory sensitive child. Xrays are done in a high traffic area (not ideal for children who have anxiety). Anesthesiologist is contracted (not an employee of the dental office) and a deposit is required when scheduling. My experience: Instead of trying for an xray during a less busy time, the dentist made an "educated guess" then deemed things "medically necessary" without having a positive idea.
