Our regular dental office referred my child here for an extraction. Naturally, I was worried about anesthesia at first, but I knew it had to be done. On the day of the appointment, Dr. Charles, the anesthesiologists, nurses, and administrative staff made us feel completely at ease. Today my child had dental surgery, the staff was excellent except the receptionist with black hair. She was rude and should not be working in a children’s dental clinic. Receptionists should be smiling and greet you when you walk in with a nervous child but she was the exact opposite and does not know how to talk to people. Also her outfit was unprofessional.
Do not go to this dentists , unless it’s paid by social services or your social worker with direct billing only people who’re on social assistance can afford this place.
They overcharge once the treatment is done. Be careful get quotes/estimates before treatment.
The dentist came in and spent all of 5 mins with us, said they don't do cleaning and we felt very rushed. We were walked out to the door by an assistant and only found out they planned to put in 3 silver crowns in my 3 year old's mouth when in the way out I was asked to sign an expensive estimate that oddly matched my insurance maximum payout. No dentist was "available" to answer any questions at that point. Went somewhere else to get a good cleaning. It all felt like a Moneygrab. Will not come back.
