We had a wonderful experience at Children’s Dental Center of York with Dr. Lutz. She is incredibly kind, caring, and truly goes out of her way to make each visit fun and engaging for the kids. Her warm and friendly approach instantly puts little ones at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Lutz and her team to any parent looking for a positive, kid-friendly dental experience!
Our kids LOVE coming here! They get treated so well and the staff is amazing with both our kids.
I called Tuesday to have my kids switched over as new patients, and Wednesday they were already scheduled. Ms. Carla was so sweet over the phone, and got all 3 kiddos scheduled the next day!! By far our best experience, and everyone made our kids feel so comfortable, not rushed and thoroughly explained every step of further treatment plans. The sweetest team!! If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would🥰
Customer service was excellent! The hygienist and dentist were so gentle, calm, and caring during the filling. They kept my daughter calm through explaining what they were doing and talking to her about what was next. Best kid dentist experience we’ve had in York!
Every visit my three kids have is smooth, even with my three year old. All the employees are very friendly and wonderful with my kids.
