The dentists are wonderful and work well with kids. However, the hygienist we’ve had the last two cleanings should not work in a children’s dentist office. My 4 year old daughter does not like the dentist and is terrified each time. I know my daughter is not the most cooperative, but the hygienist was not patient and made inappropriate comments to my daughter.
My 2 year old hadn't been to a dentist yet when she fell and shifted her one front tooth. We were worried about it falling out and called the very next morning to get her seen as an emergency visit. They got us in that morning and were great with her! I was nervous because she doesn't typically do well at the doctors office but they were amazing with her and knew exactly what to do to perform the X-rays and exams they needed to. We will definitely be using this dentist from now on for our routine cleanings.
Called to inquire about getting my son set up as a new patient. The receptionist was yawning over the phone as she says my insurance is out of network. When I realized we had a secondary insurance I called back and she seemed annoyed and brushed me off quickly. Clearly unless you have excellent private insurance she is not willing to discuss all options. As a recruiter this is why we do extensive screening when hiring front desk associates. Wonderful experience with the surgical procedure necessary for my granddaughter! Staff was amazing…. Super compassionate and caring of first time experience for child and anxious parents!!! Very professional, patient and knowledgeable with all questions asked of them. Ultra appreciative of training and effort taken to make this such a positive experience for our family!! Keep up the good work. I highly recommend your team to any parents for their children!
