My daughter had a smooth appointment and the staff were very helpful.
All the staff from the front desk to the dentists are so lovely!
The dentists and dental hygienists are great, but the staff at the front always seem to mess things up for us. It’s usually charging both us and our insurance company (this has happened twice) but this time they had no record of our booking, despite having sent me a confirmation. They fit us in with a 30min delay but it would have made a world of difference had they at least apologized for it! They made it sound like we were lucky they could take my daughter in. Yay customer service?
