I love this dentist i been bringing my daughter here since she was 4 years old she is now 10! But today 5/11/26 the checkout people really rubbed me the wrong way. I literally was the only person back there & they were sitting there looking at me like i was crazy . Calling everybody before me one lady came to help to help but it was two back there that wasnt trying to help .

I have been calling to reschedule a appointment several times throughout the MONTHS.. they literally NEVER answer the phone no matter what time of day it is

I took my daughter here since she was 3. But last year they charged me for a more expensive procedure when my insurance informed there was a cheaper option available. Then the kicker was that I received another bill in the Mail saying that I still owe them money. I cannot support a business that conducts such underhanded practices!

I feel Dr Rowland need to stop his practice of working on children I don't understand why he wants to do unnecessary work on children when they don't need it my dentist that referred me to him after she seen him and examined my child told me don't go back to him after he told me my child 6 yr old needs a root canal and 8 crowns and two teeth and 2 fillings when he only needed a baby teeth pulled so the new one can grow in straight and 1 crown.
