Today was my daughter's first visit and she was a little nervous going in! The entire staff was so welcoming and made sure she was comfortable with everything that they were doing to clean her teeth. We won't be back. Our 3 year old twins have been to every dentist appointment here. We made their appointment 6 months ago during our last appointment. The office called on Friday to verify our appointment time. I work nights so I didn't get the call until after business hours. We showed up at our appointment time and they told us they would have to work us in because our appointment had been cancelled since we didn't verify we would be there.
