The receptionists are extremely incompetent and arrogant. We have three kids and made three different appointments in a few weeks. The first appointment, they said that they required insurance card as they had a new system, I provided a copy (which is the same insurance for years and they have on file). The second appointment, they recognized me and said that you just came last week so don’t need your insurance again. Took my 2 year old for his first dentist appointment today. From the first phone call through the first visit, everyone at this practice was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Maria went above and beyond to verify my insurance, they called 10000 times to confirm the appointment, and all the paperwork was done in advance. Dr. Viera and the hygienist were patient, friendly, welcoming and completely wonderful with my son. I'm so lucky I found them.
Amazing experience we changed dentist after being with a practice for 10 years. Doctor Viera made us feel right at home. Natalie and Everybody in the office is respectful, outgoing, and spoke step-by-step of the process. Highly recommend.
