Wow this place is the best! My kids love going here they get so excited when it’s time to go to the dentist. Today we had a 420pm appointment and the staff treated it as if it was a 830am appointment. Took their time doing all the steps, tried restarting the machine to get my sons x-rays, made sure to spin the toy spinning thing, answered all my questions. I was very impressed! Never once rushed us out. Also Sarah is just the nicest, we love seeing her when we are there!
The best experience I have ever seen in any form of healthcare. My 2 year old had never seen a dentist, and had an injury requiring her to be seen immediately. They accommodated us and were able to get her seen so quickly. Every person I spoke too was so nice and caring from start to finish. They got my daughters excited about their dental health and now they look forward to the next visit! Every single time we have an appointment it goes so smoothly. Every employee is willing and ready to help. They got all three of my kids in and done in 30 min. Thorough job and great team work. We love it at the Bonney Lake location.
