I had a great experience with this dental office, both for my daughter’s care and with their administrative team. I recently had some questions regarding my statement and requested a phone call. Elizabeth, the office manager, called me back the same day within about two hours. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. My appointment was at 2:00 PM, and I arrived early at 1:40 PM. I waited until 3:30 PM and still had not been called. I went to the front desk THREE times to ask what was going on, and each time I was told, “You’re next.” Yet I continued to wait while people who arrived after me were called in before me. Dr. Beshay and Mayra (TC) are always great everytime I visit. Always feel welcome and leave satisfied with any treatment we get at this location.
Never get seen at our appointed time……waiting over three hours with an appointment is ridiculous …..very unprofessional and unorganized.
