Honestly, Dr Park is really kind but I had an okay experience the first time with my cleaning. This time with an appointment for my ex rays, the assistants were super nice but one of doctors in black scrubs said I’ll be right back And DID NOT come back for MORE than 15 minutes. He did put back the chair or bring it down and had me just laying their flat. I had to get off and ask one of the people walking by. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. Dr. Fadi and Dr. Refaat are truly exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, and they genuinely care about their patients. Every visit has been a 5-star experience. The entire staff is amazing, Sue, Stacey, Fabian, and honestly every single person there is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One of the doctor there and I think she is in children area. She is unprofessional, rude. She hurt my child.
This place is 10 out of 10 ! They really do a great job of making sure you’re comfortable and taking care of . I’m honestly beyond greatful that I found a dentistry that cares as much as they do ! Highly recommended . Leilani , Kelle, Aric , Christine , Shawn , Dr. Refaat are the best I have encountered but overall everybody is great !
