The receptionist is incredibly rude — gave me the wrong instructions, had us wait a very long time to sign a consent form when I explicitly explained my situation she was extremely dismissive and felt very passive aggressive. The dentists here are great, but the experience is ruined by the first people you see when you walk in. My husband and I scheduled an appointment for this dentist due to it was in our network with our Dental Insurance. I just think it’s a good idea for your staff to greet people when they walk in the door make them feel welcomed, especially when it’s the first time client she was too busy on a personal phone call about her child and then after she hung up the phone she still didn’t greet us or say anything to us. Un pésimo servicio, te citan a un tiempo y te atienden asta qué se les da la gana, eso de estar cambiando de personal es muy malo, pero para cobrar son Buenos. No recomiendo éste lugar
They were fairly nice but probably over treated my kids' dental issues. They said both of my children needed multiple extractions and crowns. They wouldn't let me sit in the room with them during the long procedures. They made it all seem very urgent and rushed. My kids were pretty traumatized. I'm at a different dentist now and they had to pull one of the teeth that were treated 6 months ago. It's been a completely different experience. This places is really bad I do not recommend this place my child was in a lot of pain my child had to go to the hospital because his lip were bleeding and my child doesn’t want to eat because of the pain that he is having I do not recommend this place’s.
