Most rude staff I've ever experienced! From the front desk back to the office manager. You dont tell a patient “ive already sent the copies” and hang up without letting me get another word out. And then you complain to the office manager and she rudely responds with “she talked to you just fine im not arguing with someone across the country.” Well i nor my family will return to this office during the six months of the year we live in connecticut. Traumatized by Lipton. Firsthand, worst experience. Do not recommend. Had my mouth drilled while was in pain, did not sedate me enough, felt everything. Never go back.
Had me undergo oral surgery as a child to remove an extra tooth in the roof of my mouth. He ended up not being able to remove the tooth. 20+ years later, it's still there, and hasn't caused me any pain or dental issues. Scarred me for life for dentists!
