We have been long time patients. Unfortunately, we won't be anymore. My husband took my son in for a cleaning and an issue he's having. The hygienist tells my son how disgusting his teeth are. afterwords , looks at my husband and asks if my son "has a learning disability". In front of my son. How unprofessional and insensitive. Took my 2 year old for his first dental appointment today. Dr. Parrish and the staff were all welcoming and so friendly. My son was fully cooperative and enjoyed the new experience because of the environment! They made the entire visit comfortable and fun for him, singing abc's during the exam and explaining polishing and the fluoride treatment in a very toddler friendly manner! He's excited to go back!
