Vermont &Manchester children collective service staff is always rude.i was asked my race when I answered black I was then asked Hispanic/non Hispanic. Then I was argued to about how if I have problems with that how my offer could go to someone else then the worker hung up on me w/o any address.she even got mad cause my I'd didn't match my current address .smh at a time like this u still rude & very unprofessional
