Please educate your staff on people first language. Was there for a sleep study with my daughter and a staff member mentioned how she had a "downs boy" before us. Disrespectful way to refer to an individual. "Boy with down syndrome" would have been more appropriate or just not referring to another patient at all. The other staff member was very respectful and nice to work with. Would have been able to give a better review had it now been for the other person.

Worst hospital ever staff are so disrespectful and they get really aggressive towards you especially the male one there they say one thing then once you get there they say another thing I would not recommend them to anyone

Horrible billing office. They are not willing to accept regular payments and send bills to collections with very minimal warning (it was a tiny note, about 2 square inches in fine print on the bottom corner of the bill that had replaced a different note, in the same fine print, that had been about something else entirely on previous bills--extremely easy to miss). We tried to arrange regular payments, but they refused and said they would only accept payment in full--very difficult for a family with hospital bills to pay too.... read more

If you're considering going here for more "routine care" for your child, I would strongly reconsider. We have been horribly overcharged for a visit for our son seeking care for a broken wrist. They charged us $1161 for less than a 10 minute visit to look at an xray (they didn't take) and hand him a splint. It was $830 for the dr., $220 for the facility fee and $111 for the splint (which cost less than $10).
