O stars! Horrible! They sent a $25 copay to collections—something that should have been handled at the time of service. Instead, they took a $294 payment and outsourced a $25 balance to a collection agency. No call, no portal notification, no attempt to resolve it directly other than using a 2 year old address. Apparently, communication isn’t their strength, but collections is.
Treny and her nurses at the Ecru office is amazing
Tried to call repeatedly to speak to a nurse about a very ill child. Office is suppose to be open at 8AM. I called repeatedly and got no actual person to answer until 9:30AM. Now waiting for a nurse to call me back. Not expecting it will be soon if ever.
