I submitted an appointment request after hours and was called very early the next morning to get my sick child in. Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Price and both nurses were amazing- very patient with my sick and terrified child. They calmed his nerves quickly by just taking the time to talk to him. Everyone was thorough and pleasant. Highly recommend. This mama is so thankful!
I've been waiting to schedule an appointment on the phone for quite literally 15 minutes. I understand it's 2025, we still answer phones don't we?? I'll be switching providers for my sons.
The people at the front desk are very friendly! My girls and I were so happy with the way Dr. J Grisham took care of them.
I will not be taking my child to another appointment. He’s been going here for three years and I should have listened to my gut a long time ago. He sees Tina king and she has done nothing but disregard every concern I have had with him. I made him another appointment to see dr. Valdez and she just walked out of the room mid conversation and I had to go and find her she said “yall are ready to go”. This clinic is contradicting. As long as I been going to this clinic they have always given my extra child an excuse that was not seen. The excuse was never labeled that the child was seen but the child was with the child that was seen. And I have plenty of evidence on that. My other child came because of moral support. The child that was seen has and IEP and anxiety but I guess they refuse to read that in her report. Guess I’ll have to report this to the MS Department of Health.
