The front desk staff, nurses, lab and providers are all exceptional. My kids have been going to this clinic for years. They are all so kind and listen to any concerns I have. I will never take my children or grandchildren anywhere else!! Great job Children’s Clinic Tupelo!
We have been lied to by this place had doctors and a nurse walk out and leave when my child was supposed to be seen as well do NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!! they are very poor listeners too I've done moved all my kids away from this place! Wish I could give zero stars
Good luck getting them to answer the phone. They attempted to call me ONE time about my DD appointment to reschedule, keep in mind I had already tried calling and messaging on my connection to get time/date changed and no response from them. I walk in to the appointment that was STILL scheduled in my connection and that I got reminders about through text message - for them to tell me she was not here, they were full, that no one else could see her for her 2 year check-up. I can’t even get them on the phone. I’ve called several times. For over 5 mins. This happens ALl the time.
I submitted an appointment request after hours and was called very early the next morning to get my sick child in. Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Price and both nurses were amazing- very patient with my sick and terrified child. They calmed his nerves quickly by just taking the time to talk to him. Everyone was thorough and pleasant. Highly recommend. This mama is so thankful!
