The pediatrician is fantastic. However, when I called get clarification on some bills after meeting the doctor, the billing agent did not let me finish a single sentence. I politely explained to her how frustrating and rude it is to do that to someone, and she cut me off again. I ended up hanging up at that point. Related, it's VERY odd to have to fill out the check-in information each and every time you arrive. It's unnecessarily repetitive.

Used to work here as a nurse and love the doctors and nurses. Unfortunately, and this seems to be a problem in other practices as well, the past two times something has come up during a well check that was even slightly out of the norm, (once it was a minimally abnormal urinalysis and once it was a minor skin issue), if the provider spoke to me at all about it, even when I didn’t want/need help with the issue, I was charged about $140!
