My daughter was sick and needed to be seen. We had just got new health insurance the day before & had no ID cards or anything. When I spoke with Valarae at the front desk she was very friendly & understanding. I emailed her the information I did have and right away she investigated for me. She gave me a follow up phone call to let me know everything was taken care of and my daughter would be good to go for her appointment! She helped so much and was so kind and patient!
The pediatrician is fantastic. However, when I called get clarification on some bills after meeting the doctor, the billing agent did not let me finish a single sentence. I politely explained to her how frustrating and rude it is to do that to someone, and she cut me off again. I ended up hanging up at that point. Related, it's VERY odd to have to fill out the check-in information each and every time you arrive. It's unnecessarily repetitive.
