Dr. Jannatul is a great doctor who truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes you feel heard. She is very caring and attentive, and I really appreciate that she schedules follow-up appointments to make sure her patients are doing well. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their health. I would definitely recommend her!
I decided not to go there anymore just because of their low quality service. Is it so hard to hire decent people at the front desk who have basic communication skill? The lady at front desk yesterday didn’t acknowledge us, didn’t greet us, didn’t make any eye contact while calling my kids for basic screenings. Dr. Farzana Noor has been super helpful for my 15 month old. I have come to her multiple times for urgent issues and she is always helpful and quick to solve the problem!
