The secretary at the front desk is very rude, will tell you what your balance is with an attitude when you have a sick child in your arms. She also makes you wait 10-15 minutes on hold before answering your call. It is the most irritating thing to call the office to set up an appointment. The only time you get your call answered right away is when a nurse is at the desk and available. Otherwise if you’re on hold for 10 mins you have to hang up and call multiple times. It'd be nice if some one would answer the phone was on hold for 10 minutes before I finally just hung up
They have the worst phine answering skills and will have you on hold for 15 mins and more
Dr draper and the entire staff is wonderful
