If I could give this office zero stars I would. This is the most unprofessional, inadequate, out of date "doctor's office" I have ever been to. Where to start, I went hear as a CHILD and the decor is exactly the same. I walked in to the patient room and had to "double check" that their was a new paper on the bed (or whatever they are). The doctors and every nurse but one (I don't know her name but she's short and black - I loved you) are cold, rude, and lack basic skills. RecommendedI have NEVER had any issues. wonderful people!! They took care of all my kids and were so kind and gentle. I have nothing but respect for them. Amazing doctors.

I would give this place a zero if there is any, baula doesn't care about the children nor their parents and misdiagnosis simple illnesses like no other. Add Rude on top of all that

Having Dr Baula as a pediatrician for my son was an absolute nightmare. Between there Billing department harrassing us over bills the insurance covered to us having to switch pediatricians because they messed his circumsition up and had to have it redone by a urologist who couldntbfigure out how it got as bad as it did. WARNING!! Do your research and choose a GOOD pediatrician
My son was seen three times in one week and was passed off as a virus but he actually had a double ear infection and the flu. In addition to the constant weight checks for my “under weight” and “under developed” children. My daughter was seen six times in eight weeks. I wouldn’t suggest anyone go to them. ***New physician found no evidence of anything being wrong with children. 🙂
