patient wait time – I had a 9:45a appt with my 16 mo old daughter who had a 103 degree fever. it took us 1 hr and 22 min to get into the dr office. I asked to speak to the office manager and was told that she would be right with me. No office mgr showed up and when i brought this to the attention of the Dr she said that they were busy and that she was new and did not know what the procedures were and couldnt make any changes.
