I would leave negative stars if I could. Worst optometrist ever. The communication is the worst. 1st experience was horrible. Second experience was horrible. I’ve been waiting on glasses for a business that’s closing, silly me to expect them to notify me of any changes of updates. Glad they’re shutting down, they give the dental office a bad representation continuously.
I took my daughter to get new glasses on August 2nd. She had a check up and we picked out new glasses I paid $60 for the frames and the anti glare. I noticed last last Monday had been 4 weeks and I haven't heard from them, I called them they had said that they have no idea when the shipment with her glasses will be in. They said they were going to have a manager call me and tell me an exact date, never heard from them, they are uncommunative, rude, and sound like they don't know what the heck there doing.
