I like the dentist and the staff so would be lower rating if they weren’t great. Last visit was frustrating as I showed up 10 minutes early for appt and didn’t get my 8 year old son in until an hour after my appt was due. The TVs and iPads weren’t working and paint chipped on walls. The scheduling system is a pain as they require verbal confirmation but when the calling service calls they don’t speak and was told text message confirmations aren’t received. Doctors and staff were awesome and very informative throughout the entire process. They did great with my daughter and easing any anxiety she had. Mine as well.
