So I highly recommend them. Really good with kids. However... the sheer amount of reminders they send you before an appointment is INSANE. Just in the couple days prior to the appt - 2 voicemails, 5 text messages, 5 emails. And I have 2 kids, so double that. It's enough to make me consider switching.
Zero if I could. Front desk manager was very kind and did her best! Diego the hygienist had a massive attitude from the minute he said my child’s name incorrectly. He walked extremely fast to the room and asked her one question about a show. He was extremely cold not inviting to help my 8 year old child feel comfortable for something she was fearful of. Such a great experience! Everyone was super welcoming and professional. The office is clean, comfortable, and very kid-friendly, which makes the whole experience so much easier. Diego was especially amazing! He was so kind and attentive, and really made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about the patients. Definitely recommend this dental center! Thank you!
Horrible place. They do things they 100% don’t have to do just to bill your insurance. My poor child had to be put to sleep for a procedure she didn’t even need after I got a second opinion and was told they did things she didn’t need at all. I booked for an emergency one time and got there and didn’t get asked once what the emergency was, before they took X-rays I told them what the appointment was for and they waited until after billing me for X-rays that they couldn’t do anything about it that day and would have to come A... read more
