Was given bad information when I made the appointment. I specifically asked if the facility did wisdom tooth extraction was told yes, but when we arrived for the appointment I was referred to oral surgeon and given an appointment for January 2027!!! NOT GOOD!! Waste of time and my 16 year old grandson is in pain. I was told on the phone when making the appointment he was still pediatric dentistry age when we arrived was told no he was not!!! My grandson is in pain, and no one at this facility cared!!
Had no wait time, all of the staff was amazing and kind! The RDA in the back Alfonso was so good with my boys. Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience!
