This dentist office is a disappointment to its patient's. if your child needs a root canal they will give you a referral and it is up to you to find an endodontist to do it. You will also have to find a dentist to complete the process on your own too. They will not cap, crown or fill it after the root canal at this dentist. You get the call center every time you call and their only option is to send the dentist office an email to return your call. Don't expect a call back quickly or if at all. I hardly ever leave reviews, especially negative ones, but as a mom of four I take my kids dental health very seriously. At our final appointment here I had to bring my two toddlers with me. The actual dental cleaning area is very cramped and there is minimal seating space near the chairs, but whatever. Someone called my son back and placed him in a chair, came back a bit later and took x rays, and then told us the doctor would come check him soon. what a joke appointment at 10am not pulled to the back until after 11 what a joke they need to get it together, my 8 year old already anxiety scared of the dentist,

I had to wait to get seen then once my kids were cleaned and xrayed it took an hour to get seen by doctor and after we went to leave, we were told to go back for sealants so we went back and ended up waiting another 30 minutes. Our total visit time was almost 2.5 hours for a routine check up. Also, nothing in the lobby works as far as the games and the Tv at our dental chair didnt work either.
