Its appalling that a pediatric dental care provider doesn't have toothbrushs or allow kids to brish their teeth there. The staff needs to be trained badly. Zero manners. They will walk up to your child, not address child or parent and shove a phone in their face without words or acknowledgment and start taking their pictures, such an odd thing to be desensitized to this day and age. If you are not on partnership, I’d advise you to go somewhere else. This location has done nothing, but delay our child’s care. For two years, they keep saying they don’t have our sedation paperwork. Even though I have filled it out every single time I’ve drove 1 hour away to have my child be seen. I’ve filled out sedation paperwork at the very least 4 times and even have it emailed to them and every time we call they say we’re missing paperwork and when I tell them the date the paperwork was emailed they say oh it looks lik... read more
