Antioch, OrthoDental Disappointing!!! After completing the scans, they missed that my child’s front teeth were protruding. If I hadn’t pointed it out, they were ready to send him home without addressing it. They simply said, “It’s not normal, thank you for pointing it out,” and then updated the treatment. Same day, During the scan, my child’s baby tooth fell out and started bleeding. During my recent visit, the office felt disorganized and unprofessional. Front desk staff were loudly socializing about personal topics that could be heard in the waiting area, and it honestly felt more like a social hangout than a healthcare office. There didn’t seem to be clear leadership or control of the environment. I left feeling uncomfortable and I wouldn’t recommend this practice to others.
Honestly I'm pissed about what they did to my son. Would not recommend to any young or first time parent i made a mistake trusting these people
