Front office is unorganized and extremely unprofessional. A brown older woman at the front spoke to us like we were idiots, with a nasty attitude, and full of audacity. She needs to learn proper customer service skills. The doctors are always rushed and make you feel like you're an inconvenience by asking follow up questions. In addition, doctors and staff need more patience with children, especially those with special needs.
