Amazing staff, From the front desk, to the nurses and doctors. They always make us feel welcomed and treat my son with so much love and respect. Best team ever!
The facility and staff could definitely use improvement, but Dr. Laura was attentive and took her time with my child, which I appreciated. This was my second visit to this office, and once again, the appointment started 30 minutes late—even though patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. The environment feels more like a correctional facility than a pediatric office: no books, no toys, and plain beige walls throughout the waiting area and rooms. Dr Laura was so engaged and directed me into a great health plan for my daughter. In general the staff is awesome and warm.My daughter is super comfortable with all staff Dr Rag and Dr Dr Laura. Great team
Great care from all the providers that have cared for my daughter. I’m very happy with this office Dr. Raghunath, Dr. Ginsberg , Gerard Minor PA have been very informative and helpful finding the right meds to help my daughter with severe reflux. The front desk staff and assistants are also very nice.
