My son was referred by his primary doctor to Dr Diaz's office Friday afternoon, Monday morning before I could call, they called me to schedule his appointment next day. I was surprised! When we got there, the staff and Dr were very courteous, efficient, friendly and professional. Even though, as mother I was concerned about my son's condition, It was an excellent experience. Thank you all! 🙏 100% recommended!
We absolutely love the doctors that we have seen at this office. Unfortunately, their staff is not very helpful. There have been multiple occasions (spanning over about a year) where things regarding medications and insurance weren't submitted or dealt with in a timely manner (talking months of waiting and back & forth). They say they will call you back, but no one returns calls. But they also don't answer the phone either? If this was a doctor's office for myself, I would have found a new doctor, based off this issue alone.... read more
