Unprofessional and liars. The fact that they don’t tell you, your child’s appointment until the day before and leave you to play the guessing game is crazy. Just to have you take the day off after you been calling and leaving voicemails to be told they tried to call you but your number was disconnected(lies). I never had an issue contacting them or vice versa any time before. They never called and are trying to cover up their mistakes. My 5-year-old son required dental work, and I was thoroughly impressed with the center. It was welcoming and amazing, and the staff showed exceptional skill and care in working with children.
