Worst agency. A family member has been in the system since 11 yrs old. He's 19 now living in NJ. They will not give him medical coverage in NJ. He goes to Drs and has to either call them ahead to pay upfront or get billed. He just got an overdue unpaid blll which may ruin his credit. It appears they don't care. They do not respond to emails we have sent asking to pay. They haven't reimbursed out of pocket medical expenses. They say they are working on it and never hear from them again.
