I have never encountered such an incompetent receptionist before. When I arrived, there were still about 45 minutes left until the clinic closed. I’ve been here 3,4 time before, the receptionist was extremely rude, impatient each time.
The doctor we saw today was nice and professional. However, we’re REALLY disappointing and frustrating experience with the receptionist. We arrived at 7:05 PM ( they’re closed at 8:45pm) and were given number 24. We waited patiently for over an hour and 20 minutes, until around 8:25 PM. Then, to our surprise, the receptionist called another patient who had clearly arrived after us once the number 23 left. This place is truly a lifesaver for parents with young kids! Last Saturday, my son developed some rashes on his chest. Since it’s almost impossible to get a same-day or weekend appointment with our family doctor, I decided to try the Children’s After Hours Clinic as a walk-in.
