I don’t know if the doctors in this clinic has changed. There was a doctor that saw my son when he was 3, so this was 2 years ago. She was more mature wore glasses had shoulder length reddish-brown hair. I wish I could remember her name. She meant business, not very friendly but her assessment was on point and she cared. She came into the room with my son and I and at the door she asked me to remove my son’s shirt. Once I did she told me my son has pneumonia. She saved my son’s life. The pediatrician was professional and the process was smooth. I don’t understand why they have some low ratings but it would be five star for us.
A terrible experience. Last Sunday, I took my 3-year-old daughter to this clinic very sick, with a high fever of 39–40°C for more than 3 days. The male doctor who saw us—clearly advanced in age—dismissed our concerns and said it was ‘just a virus.’ When I asked if he was sure, given how high her fever was, his response was: ‘A hundred kids before you have the same virus.’ He did not examine my daughter properly and sent us home without treatment or guidance.
