Doctor is nice and professional and patient, but one of the reception ladies is racist, she is super impatient if you are colored, raised her voice when she asked questions and educated parents such as “you should do this, you shouldn’t do that, give me blabla, I don’t need this”, and when she talked to white parent she doesn’t have so much to educate just simple “ok have a seat”
If I could give this clinic negative stars, I absolutely would. This review is not based on a single bad experience. We have taken our daughter here about 5 times from the time she was 1 year old until now at 3 years old, and we will never be back. We have seen both the old age male doctor and the late middle age female doctor, and both are terrible. They are incredibly dismissive, do not care to listen when you explain symptoms, and act as though they are doing you a free charity service and you are wasting their time. The ... read more
