Both of the older male doctors are rude and abrupt. The one that was on duty today barely spoke in an audible tone when he walked into the room. No personality whatsoever. I have no issues with a doctor who wants to get the facts, make a diagnosis then move on to the next patient within a timely manner. This is not the case here. Just a horrible miserable place. The level of care for children is alarmingly low. This place should not be your first choice, only a last resort.
Very rude front desk, never going back
Don’t come too late. You have to come early before they open to line up, they may close at anytime when the line up cut off. Google didn’t know it.
They refused to provide care to my 15-year-old sister because she is under 18, despite the fact that she is old enough to understand, consent to, and make decisions regarding her own medical care in Ontario. I find this policy extremely concerning, especially for a clinic that presents itself as a paediatric walk-in clinic.
