I called about 3 weeks ago for an appointment for my son, for an infection on his face...they were not concerned about that health issue, only Covid. They didn't want to see him and didn't even return my call even though it was around 9 am when I contacted them. Rude Staff is always rude

They saved my son's life. I'll wait in their waiting room as long as I have to if it means getting the amazing expertise they have (and for the record I've never had to wait too long). My son was 2 months old at the time and I was told by the ER Dr that he just had a cold, but to follow up with my Pediatrician. I saw Dr. Mannion the following day and after meticulous observations and questions she determined that there was much more going on than a cold.
