Very disappointed with our experience. Our child had an IV procedure, and during recovery, we felt rushed to leave because the nurse told us another client was coming in and that we could not stay there. I found this extremely rude and concerning. What is the point of having a recovery area if a child cannot remain there long enough to properly wake up and recover after a procedure? Very disappointed with our experience. After my child’s IV procedure, the nurse rushed us to leave because another patient was coming in. As a mother, I just wanted my child to have enough time to wake up and recover safely. What is the point of a recovery area if we’re being rushed out before my child is fully awake? The way this was handled felt very rude and upsetting.
It was my daughter’s first time going to the dentist they were very patient and understanding! I highly recommend!
