Horrible practice! Made a appointment for my daughter took the day off from work and planned a few appointments that day.The day before 9:00am they call to confirm I am at work unable to get my phone so at 2:00pm (same day) on my lunch break I called they told me I did not call back by 12 so they cancelled my appointment and gave it to somebody else. If your child requires an out of this world space(r) experience, shoot for the stars…5 star rated Mykala, that is! Defying gravity, Mykala effortlessly floated those spacers into place while our daughter flew around the room. In a universe where space is limited and Wicked (is) For Good, we are definitely happy now and will continue to follow the wonderful road of yellow brick back to Children and Teen Dental!
I couldn’t be happier with this place. Second time i have been here and both times have been amazing. Valentina and the entire staff in general, have always provided exceptional service for our son. Came in for tooth extraction and my son was in and out in less than 1 hour. Thank you to everyone for all their help
We have been coming to Children and Teen Dental Cumming location for several years. Staff is very friendly and professional. They make my kids feel welcomed every time. The most important part is my kids are not scared of dentist office. recommended!
Can I rate it a ZERO?!!! My son chipped his front tooth. I called and explained the situation, and though the office close to our house was closed, they said they could get me in the Cumming office. It was an hour drive, but front tooth, so kinda important. Upon arrival (10 min early), when we go back, the technician says, “Oh the Dentist won’t be able to see you today.” I about flipped out. I drove an hour, then waited 45 minutes to see the Dentist, NEVER SAW HER, then had to drive an HOUR HOME!!!!! The technician blamed it... read more
