I have had sensory differences all of my life, but it wasn't until my late 20's that I truly discovered that I have sensory processing disorder, something that I have struggled with all of my life. The staff at CTN treated me, even though I am an adult. My OT helped me set a sensory diet to decrease my symptoms, and are always so knowledgable and pleasant. My husband and I were able to attend parenting training here and we were blown away by the staff and facilities. The trainings were professional and personal. The therapists took time afterwards to chat. We didn't feel rushed or like a bother. It was great to have an organization like this in the community filled with staff that genuinely cares about the youth. We'd recommend this to anyone in the Madison area with a child looking for therapy services!
The therapists were great. The billing was horrible. If they had understood their connection to Dean Insurance and explained it to me properly, they would have told me that they were not covered by Dean in my child's case. Instead they said they were having trouble with Dean and led me to believe it would get straightened out eventually. I ended up spending thousands of dollars, unnecessarily, at CTN. I will never use them again!
Everyone at CTN is incredibly caring and knowledgeable! They really care about the family as a unit and strive to make sure that all therapies encompass the whole family's needs. I highly recommend them and only wish that I found them sooner!
They have been an incredible help for both of our boys and our whole family.
