Tigist (Black, African female) has the worst customer service. She was very rude to me today. And it's not the first time that it happened
We have been getting my son‘s growth hormone prescription filled here for the past six years, and their customer service quality has plummeted in the past few months. Our insurance refuses to cover the medication so we are part of the cash pay program. When I called last week to refill their representative just told me they couldn’t send it to us without bothering to tell me why.
