Absolutely nothing good to say about the CPG organization! We followed our pediatrician to the CPG La Jolla location because she is an outstanding caregiver. However, after yet another booking mistake and the atrocious phone and my chart system, we will no longer send our children to this location. I had already stopped sending my oldest child and found a different clinic for her as she is rarely sick, but it is heartbreaking to follow the rules, use my chart as this location indicates to do for scheduling only to then have ... read more
We have had nothing but an amazing experience here. It’s never too busy, everyone is very nice and we were lucky enough to get Dr. Powell who is absolutely amazing. She is experienced calm and very knowledgeable. She listens to parents and spends the time to make sure all of our concerns are heard. We have 4 kids and we currently see her for our youngest. After a decade of doctors, we rank Dr. Powell at the top.
For background context, my son is medically complex, we had a birth trauma experience, continues to be at risk for aspiration pneumonia and other medical problems and we continue to actively care for our son 24/7. On January 23, 2025 we scheduled a same day appointment with Dr Ingrid Martinez Andree to address our concerns following a choking/possible aspiration event the night before. If you can find another doctor , please do so . I honestly don’t got the energy to write that’s how poor their service was . But you won’t regret it I promise you . They will cancel your appointment even with a sick child with pneumonia. I walked in today 30 min prior to my appointment as they suggest , I did . Dr. Stump has been caring for our son since he was just 3 days old, and we couldn’t be more grateful. As first-time parents, her expertise and reassuring nature made all the difference.
