The wait time for the Dr. Was almost an hour. I had to go find somebody before the Dr showed up. Once we did see the Dr. everything went fine.

Today, I received a call informing me that my son’s appointment was canceled due to alleged no-shows. I explained to Nurse Rachel that, when I initially scheduled the appointment, I was not informed that my son was considered a new patient or that there was a no-show or cancellation policy.
